After the Demise of HallaQueen, Felicity Frockaccino was spotted by Club Ivy party-goers in drag on Friday night - her face, but not her costume. Some think it was gender-fuck, some think she's a tranny in boys clothes - but for the only night in the year, Felicity was seen as Shalicity Evaccino.
Shay Evans, the creator of the Drag Character - Felicity Frockaccino, saw Halloween night as a chance to let his hair down and leave his face on, and he did just that. Sporting nothing less then a t-shirt, shorts and flat sport shoes, Felicity partyed into the night, mixing and mingling with other Halloweening party-goers and finally leaving Ivy at about 3am.
Ivy rocked into the night, and rumours were on the night that S&M's were exceptionally busy with punters as well. It looks like the GLBT scene is steadily rising and thriving on the new business in Wellington.
