Felicity Frockaccino hosted what was one of the first Karaoke nights at Club Ivy last night, and many more are instore for the Wellington GLBT Scene.
Dressed in a night robe and towel around her head, Felicity introduced the night with Shania Twain's "Man i Feel Like a Woman". The Love Boat theme song and I will Survive were other songs sung by daring punters, with a gaggle of gays singing "Islands in the Stream" by Dolly Parton.
Ivy was pumping until about 1am when the club was evacuated due to rubbish set alight outside Wishbone, two doors down from the nightclub. Several people were treated on scene for smoke inhalation.
