Dance Your Way to the TOP!

Well tonight ladies and gentlemen, I am relieved. A Gay man has won Dancing With The Stars.
Tamati Coffey accompanied by lovely dance partner Samantha Hitchcock, took the title in this years Dancing With The Stars, as televised on TV One.
Tamati spent more the 480 hours or about 9 hours a day for 7 weeks dancing his little socks off. He learned 10 dance routines - all standard ballroom dances, to a professional level for the people of New Zealand to vote on.
Vote - well, vote they did! The Jason Gunn-hosted show, saw the closest voting in New Zealand's Dancing With The Stars with tonights show and what a tight end!

Both Barbara Kendall and Tamati recieved near perfect and perfect scores for their glamourous dances, consiting of leg lifts, pivots, heel lifts and Kendall's "death-defying" up-turn as choreographed by Johnny Williams.
Viewing the sculptured and fluent choreography had to be seen to be believed, Amazing work.
I give my warmest congratulations to Tamati for giving his time, energy and effort into promoting and raising funds for Rainbow Youth and to Barbara for comming a close second.
She was truely the better dancer of the night.
Congratulations Tamati, you deserve everything coming your way!
